Cancellations & Refunds:
Any order cancelled after the initial 48 hours is subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your product has shipped. If your product has already shipped but not reached you then you'll be subject to a 15% - 30% restocking fee and any additional shipping fee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your returned item. Our general returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Customers are responsible for total shipping cost (original shipment and return) of merchandise at their own expense unless notified otherwise. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned product will have a restocking fee of 15 - 30%, it may be lower depending on the manufacturer.

Every order will be confirmed via e-mail directly after you place your order. The confirmation means that we have only received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail. Products usually ship out fast within 1-3 days on business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of our product we do not offer express shipping options. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (on business days) we will process the charges and submit the order to the destination. Note: Most larger products are delivered curbside/outside via a Freight company.. We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Orders should arrive 2-7 days after it's been put in transit depending product ordered and delivery location. Note: Some large items require delivery appointments with the freight companies at times. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos before the assembly. If photos are taken after assembly we assume that the bike is used. NAKTO Electric Bicycle Warranty Policy.All Nakto’s electric bicycles covered manufacturer's 1 year warranty for the original owner . NAKTO 1 Year Warranty service including main bike components: motor, battery, controller, throttle, and PAS system.Parts are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.
Shipping Damage claims
Shipping damages must be reported to NAKTO E-BIKE within 48 hours after shipments arrivals. IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 days from reception of products. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Delivery before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. NOT included in the warranty
NAKTO E-bike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged part. We will not offer warranty service to second owners. We will not replace any part damaged by the user. We will not pay for any third party service or part replacement unless agreed by NAKTO E-bike upon prior to the fix.
This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts after 30 days including but not limited to wheels, pedals, chain, spokes, tires, tubes, brake pads, and grips. This warranty also does not cover damages caused by not proper assembly and maintenance required by NAKTO E-bikes, including but not limited to proper adjustment of the bike after assembling, proper storage of the e-bike, proper charging of the battery and use of the e-bike. Please note that this NAKTO E-bike is not set for extreme use including contest and water wading.
NAKTO E-bike will not cover any damage that may occur during shipping if the owner sets up their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
Terms of warranty
This warranty only applies to the original owner of a NAKTO E-BIKE products. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. NAKTO E-bike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall NAKTO E-BIKE be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.
All claims to this warranty must be made through NAKTO E-BIKE.COM Proof of purchase or registered warranty card MUST be required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact our technical support service team at Email:email@example.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through NAKTO E-BIKE within one year of initial purchase.

We live in the Rockies and after purchasing our new home, we had a discussion. The new house was less than two miles from my spouse's work but there are hills involved. Steep hills. So, instead of justifying driving a car less than 4 miles a day we decided to purchase an Ebike. We had looked around and this brand had the best features for the money.
