From day one getting it out of the box I felt that this was Himiway's premium bike from the word get go, absolutely am 100% satisfied with my purchase love this electric bike to the fullest, i'm very satisfied with the quality andcustomer service is by far the best in the industry they were very helpful and get getting questions answered also the bike lock is high quality.also the suspension seatpost and seat are very extremely high quality as well would recommend this bike to anyone on a budget it is as superior or even far superior than bikes costing $3,000. Have had lots of complements as well love the disc brakes and the quality parts this bike is awesome. Thank you HImiway bicycle company, can't wait to see what you guys come up with next. The bike comes with two batteries and have yet to drain both batteries, they definitely last longer than what i'm able to ride without even draining the batteries just about halfway through so as promised it will last a good long bike ride, unless you're an absolute avid bicycle rider which i'm somewhat of one writing three to four times a week this bike will last many many years to come. Bicycle came superbly packed with lots of foam and absolutely perfect right out of the box great job on delivery and packaging this ebike.
I've been really impressed by the Himiway Escape to the point that I'm seriously considering buying a second one. I was uncertain about the size and weight but this eBike has plenty of power and looks great. Most importantly the customer services has been exceptional. Mary in Himiway support is very professional and responsive to customer needs and has helped me resolve a couple of items. My overall experience has been great. Keep up the great work!
I love my Escape but I was shocked at how big they really. My “Small/Medium” seems about the same size as my sons Medium/Large. That said, they reason my son chose Himiway is for its power and ruggedness to handle our beach town locale with long steep hills and our northern climate. The bikes were easy to assemble once we watched the video. The power button was a challenge until we realized it only takes a quick press to turn on the battery. Everything else worked perfectly right out of the box.
I love my Himiway Escape Bike! I had quit bike riding before purchasing this bike as it was too difficult to pedal up hills and long distances. The electric aspect of this bike has solved this problem and now I an ride to church 8 miles away with no problem. .
Great experience from the get go. Ordered 2, Escape Pro, 2 months delivery. Really comfortable with the seat upgrade, love the saddle bags and baskets. The wife and I have really enjoyed riding the trails bike paths here in Columbia MO. We get a lot of attention from other riders, many are riding bikes that cost 2 to 3 times more than this Ebike. I could not be happier with my purchase. Even though it's electric I find it to be great exercise.
