    The 1000w BAFANG ULTRA MID-DRIVE MOTOR is a true marvel of engineering, over 1600w of peak power and 160nm of torque allow you to accelerate up steep inclines like never before. An average size rider can easily hit 30mph using the thumb throttle on flat terrain. We chose BAFANG because they've been the industry leader in e-bike motor innovation and build the highest quality, longest-lasting, and most powerful motors in the business.

    The all-new Fat Tire RidgeRunner is a full suspension electric mountain bike geared towards exploring the backcountry like never before. The Fire-Link suspension system is a true four-bar linkage, providing the ultimate traction and capability while 4 piston hydraulic disc brakes allow you to keep control.

    Built on a 26″x4.8″ Fat-Tire platform, the RidgeRunner is designed for a wide variety of technical, off-road terrain including soft sand and snow, as well as hardpack trails and rocks.

    The Fat Tire RidgeRunner is available as a 1000W unclassified e-bike and can be programmed down to 750W for Class 1 and Class 2 operations.

    When we started designing the 2020 RidgeRunner, we wanted to make the most capable electric mountain bike ever made, we feel we've succeeded with the all-new RidgeRunner. 

    The 2020 RidgeRunner features 120 millimeters of rear suspension travel and 150 millimeters of suspension travel up front. Paired with the 4.8-inch fat tire, you can literally go anywhere and bring everything along with you. 

    The RidgeRunner is available with 750 or 1000 watt motor options and comes in 17 and 19-inch sizes. New for 2020, the RidgeRunner is available in Charcoal or Veil Camo. 

    Upfront, you'll find 150 millimeters of suspension travel out of the fork. Paired with four-piston hydraulic disc brakes and 203-millimeter rotors. The RidgeRunner features our fire-linked suspension system, which is a modified four-bar providing ultimate traction on any terrain. 

    The RidgeRunner is built with the BAFANG's M 620 ultra drive motor with a torque sensor in either 750-watt or 1000-watt options. Pair that with our one by nine drive train featuring a wide range of gears to ascend even the steepest slopes. The RidgeRunner is available with a number of QuietKat accessories, including our trailers, lights, racks, and bags. The QuietKat RidgeRunner is compatible with our flex fenders that can be mounted in the rear as you see it here. It can also be mounted on the front tire.

    What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?

    All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.

    After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.

    How Can I Return My Item(s)?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.

    Our manufacturers' return policies last between 7 and 30 days . Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by, we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, we'll be able to help you return your item(s).

    Please note that all returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturers. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

    To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. You must also keep the original packaging of the item(s).

    Please don't return the item(s) before you contact us. To initiate a return, please contact us first and we'll help you with the return.

    All returns must be initiated with our manufacturers. After that, you'll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our manufacturer. You can proceed with the return after.

    After the manufacturer receives the item(s), they will inspect it. If it's in a unused, new sell-able condition, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 days. 

    Important:

    - Please make sure you use tracked shipping when you return the item.

    - Please make sure you receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first before you return your item(s).

    - If a customer refuses a delivery of an item, they will be subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer + the shipping cost of the returned item(s).

    How Do I Get A Refund?

    If you have returned your item(s) to the manufacturer and they approved the return, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment method in 3-5 working days.

    Can I Cancel My Order?

    To ensure our customers receive their item(s) in a timely manner, we usually process orders as soon as we receive them. We process the majority of orders we receive in about 12 hours after purchase.

    If your order is processed, but not shipped yet and you want to cancel it, you will be subject to $100 administrative fee. 

    If your order is already shipped when you want to cancel it, you can follow the steps in the "Return" section. You will be subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturer + the shipping cost of returning the item(s).

    As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an "Order Confirmation" email with details about your order.

    After we receive your order, we'll start processing it immediately. We process the majority of our customers' orders within 12 hours. We want you to receive your item(s) as soon as possible!

    After your order is processed, it usually takes between 1-3 working days for it to be shipped. You will receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email with tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched to you.

    QUIETKAT WARRANTY INFORMATION

    Every QuietKat electric bike and electric trike include a one-year, 1000-mile limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its battery, controller and motor assembly.  QuietKat frames come with a lifetime warranty.

    This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the QuietKat and is not transferable.

    This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use.

    The one-year warranty on QuietKat’s lithium-ion batteries from the date of original purchase does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

    If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error or other improper use, QuietKat will assist in replacing that part.  This includes any parts deemed to have been damaged in shipping.   We will not replace any part deemed to be damaged by the user.

    In the case of a repair or parts replacement under warranty, we will work with the owner to find a local certified bicycle repair shop to make the necessary fix.  QuietKat will also cover the associated repair labor fees, only if the scope of service is agreed upon prior to the fix.   The owner may also return the unit to QuietKat to make the needed repairs, but will be responsible for shipping costs each way.
