    What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?

    All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.

    After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.

    How Can I Return My Item(s)?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.

    Our manufacturers' return policies last between 7 and 30 days . Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by, we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, we'll be able to help you return your item(s).

    Please note that all returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturers. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

    To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. You must also keep the original packaging of the item(s).

    To make a warranty claim always keep handy the vehicle model, date of purchase, vehicle serial number as well as the order number on our website.

    Every ECOTRIC electric bicycle on our website comes with a 18 months warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display.

    This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the ECOTRIC bicycle and is not transferable.

    This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications.The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

    It is important that you register your new bicycle within 30 days after purchase in order to activate the warranty and provide a record of the serial number of your bike.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY


    For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:

    1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for entire life. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
    2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
    3. Original Batteries – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase as follows: full replacement during the first 12 months, while replacements needed during months 13-24 are prorated as per this schedule.

    The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
    4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.

    5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.

    Exclusions: The other parts are Normal wear parts which are excluded from this warranty.
    If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. ECOTRIC will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.
    Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.

    If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.
    Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
    Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.
    The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:
    1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
    2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking 
    3. Acts in violation of laws 
    4. Never registered your ebike
    5. DIY repairs on electronics
    6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
    7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit 
    8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
    9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
    10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
    11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
    12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
    13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
    14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
    15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
    16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.
    Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

    Happy with my choice

    I’m 73, I have an arthritis problem, but I live in Napa Valley. 😎🥂🍇 This folding fat tire bike is even better than I had imagined. It’s quality and structure haul my 6’2”, 230lb body EVERYWHERE. I rode up the steepest hill ever (with some effort) since I was 12. No problem. This bike is stable off-road, dirt trails, sand, etc. I feel very comfortable even at my age. But mostly, it is a great “cruiser” thru neighborhoods and off the beaten track. Imagine being able to go anywhere in Napa Valley. Best yet is that it folds up and easily loads into my Toyota RAV4 along with my golf bag and still room for 4 passengers. I’ve ridden over 300 miles in my 1st 2 months. No problem except a flat (3” screw). Tubes are in short supply around me. Order 2. I get over 35 miles on the battery. Top speed is actually too fast for my age, but it makes me smile. I’m very happy with my choice on Let's E-bike.

    My new hobby

    I ordered 2 of the new 48watt models back on 5/31, one Gold and one Black & Blue. The Gold one arrived in a week and was not difficult to assemble despite some of the worst instructions ever lol. The 2nd bike did not arrive and after contacting them, they shipped out the 2nd bike within a few days and arrived safe (even if wrong color ??) still just two weeks after the initial order. I am giving them 5 stars because after shopping ebikes for a year, I believe these are as good as ANY competitors, even at twice the price. We purchased them so we can forgo pulling a car behind our motorhome. After a week of getting comfortable, I believe they will serve us well and allow this 68 yr old to get to a few more waterfalls :-). Thank You for the new Hobby !!

    Good for camping

    About 3 months ago I purchased 2 of these for my wife and I. We've taken a couple of longer rides and several shorter ones around the neighborhood and they do extremely well in our hilly neighborhood. We took them camping this past weekend and several folks we were camping with got out on them to give them test rides around the campgrounds, also hilly. We live in Northern Nevada at the base of the Sierra Mountains, so there's not too much flat land around here. Our longest ride to date was 13 miles start to finish and the batteries were still showing half a charge at the end of the ride. That ride started with a full charge showing on the battery itself, but the light on the charger had not yet turned green. That being said I think the bikes have close to a 30 mile range. A lot will depend on how much pure electric you use, compared to assist mode. My only concern is the charger gets pretty warm when they're charging. Not so hot you can't handle them, but you wouldn't hold them for a long time. It may be normal. The brick on my laptop charger cable just never gets that warm. To be safe I always keep the charging base on the granite counter in the kitchen and nothing near it. I would not hesitate to recommend these to a friend or family member.

    Feels like young again

    My wife and I purchased 2 of this bike and let me tell you how great these bikes are, we live in a very hilly area and bike riding for us was not possible without doing alot of walking up the hills , not No more ,we are able to bike anytime anywhere and enjoy every ride. I'm 61 yrs old and when I ride I feel like I'm 12 again, even during the winter we could ride, they are great fun , these bikes are made well and very durable,and have done very well in all conditions of weather, you won't be sorry you bought one. Folding 20” Ebike was purchased to travel on the back of my motorhome and provide auxiliary transportation at campgrounds and National Parks.
