What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?
All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.
After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.
How Can I Return My Item(s)?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.
Our manufacturers' return policies last between 7 and 30 days . Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by, we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, we'll be able to help you return your item(s).
Please note that all returns are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturers. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. You must also keep the original packaging of the item(s).

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Service and Labor Costs
Unless previously authorized, service calls and labor costs are NOT included or covered under any warranty. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact Ewheels directly for any assistance in locating a service provider or to make a warranty claim.
Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear like tires, tubes, lights, chains, upholstery and seating, brakes and brake pads, cables, fuses, buttons, shrouds and covers.
Damage, Accidental Damage and Misuse
Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance, storage, acts of God, commercial use, or use other than normal, extreme riding, modifications and alterations.
Second Hand Owners and Reselling
No warranty will be offered or honored for second hand owners. The warranty is exclusively offered to the original purchaser.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Initiating A Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Ewheels service department by calling 888-571-2845, or by email at “Service@ewheelsdealers.com”. Note that before any warranty claims will be fulfilled, satisfactory proof of purchase will be required, and a photo or video of the damaged part must be sent and reviewed by Ewheels.
Returning Faulty Parts
Do not return faulty parts to Ewheels without prior consent. A request for a return authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
Those parts and/or products which are determined by ELECTRIC WHEELS to be defective and to qualify for warranty replacement will be provided at no charge, only after a valid warranty claim is processed by ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service Department. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting the ELECTRIC WHEELS Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the warranty period (stated above). Standard Shipping & Handling fees will apply to all orders placed for warranty parts and/or products and will be charged to the customer/warranty claimant at the time said parts and/or products are shipped from ELECTRIC WHEELS.
ELECTRIC WHEELS, at its sole discretion, has the option of replacing with a new part, or factory re-certified part. The Limited Warranty stated herein is in lieu of and expressly excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether expressed or implied by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties for merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose. Tires and inner tubes are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects for 30 days. The tire and inner tube warranty does not include damage from normal road hazards, flat tires, tire cuts and the like, skid wear or blowouts from over inflation or other such misuse, or normal wear.
I can’t believe the speed and control I have with the Fully-Loaded Supreme! I like to go fast, but I’m not crazy. I also like to have control and this bike gives me the best of both worlds. I think this is an excellent ebike for the price, and I love the personal service I got from Let's E-Bike.
The bike arrived very quickly and the setup was simple. It was mostly assembled, just needing the two wheels, seat and handlebar mounted. I think it took a total of 30 minutes. After 10 miles of riding I would say this is a great e-bike.
This is a supreme bike. Glad I didn't buy a more expensive one. This one does it all great. It can be on-street or off-road travel, the BAM Supreme electric bike is the perfect ride you are looking for! Truly lives up to its name with all terrain capabilities that is ready for anything from the forest to the desert!
I can ride on the sand and the motor is powerful enough to handle it. Equipped with a 5-level Intelligent Pedal Assist System (PAS) that can be controlled with a left-side button pad, you can increase the PAS level, which enhances speed too and gives a much-needed boost. Just liked the price. Worth all the money.
