    Any order cancelled after the initial 48 hours is subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your product has shipped. If your product has already shipped but not reached you then you'll be subject to a 15% - 30% restocking fee and any additional shipping fee.     If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your returned item. Our general returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. However this time period may be extended or shortened depending on your product manufacturer. Note some brands qualify for a 30 day return guarantee.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Customers are responsible for total shipping cost (original shipment and return) of merchandise at their own expense unless notified otherwise. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Shipping For Your Order:

    Every order will be confirmed via e-mail directly after you place your order. The confirmation means that we have only received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After we receive your order we will automatically reach out to our vendors to confirm that the product(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your product by chance is on back order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and contact to you via e-mail. Products usually ship out fast within 24-72 hours on business days via UPS, Fedex, or Freight Delivery depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of our product we do not offer express shipping options. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (on business days) we will process the charges and submit the order to the destination. Note: Most larger products are delivered curbside/outside via a Freight company..  We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States.

    Shipment Process:

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos before the assembly. If photos are taken after assembly we assume that the bike is used.     GlareWheel Warranty Information

    This GlareWheel product, including all mechanical and electrical components, moving parts, motors and structural components, with the exception of Light, traction tires are warranted to the original owner-purchaser for a period of half year from the original date of purchase against original defects in materials or workmanship when purchased through a GlareWheel Authorized Retailer.

    This warranty does NOT cover the following:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • LED light

    • Defects appearing in the course of commercial use

    • Damage resulting from abuse/misuse of the product

      Transfer of this product by the original owner-purchaser to another person voids this warranty in its entirety. Modification of this product in any way; visually mechanically or electronically, voids the warranty in its entirety.

      Any warranted product which is defective in original materials or workmanship and is delivered by the original owner-purchaser (this warranty is non-transferrable) to GlareWheel MUST be accompanied by the original receipt for purchase ( or copy) from an Authorized GlareWheel Retailer, will at the discretion of GlareWheel, be repaired or replaced, without charge for parts or labor. In the event the defective product cannot be repaired, and a suitable replacement is not available, GlareWheel will offer to replace the product with a comparable model (determined by GlareWheel), if available. In the event a comparable model is not available the customer will be refunded the original purchase price(requires proof of purchase from the Authorized GlareWheel Retailer it was originally purchased). Any products on which warranty service is sought must be sent freight or postage prepaid( GlareWheel will refuse any package when postage is due).

      Transportation and shipping charges are not covered as part of this warranty.

    • Instruction for Obtaining Service

    • If service for this GlareWheel product is required, first write to GlareWheel service, email: info@glaretechusa.com. Please have the product UPC number, the date of original purchase, the dealer where the item was purchased and what seems to be the problem. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to ensure your merchandise will be properly tracked and handled upon receipt at GlareWheel.

      Once you have your Return Authorization number(RA) , make sure the item is packed in its original foam inner container which is placed inside the original outer display box(this will help prevent damage during shipping and handling). This shipment MUST be prepaid and we recommend that it be insured with the carrier of your choice.

      Please make sure you have followed all of the above instructions carefully before retuning any merchandise for service. You may choose to have your product repaired by one of Monster Wheel’s Authorized Service Sations after its warranty has expired. A reasonable service fee should be expected once the product warranty has expired.

    Smooth ride, sleek design!

    This bike offered a smooth ride and a sleek design. I enjoyed the matte look of the handlebars and the simplicity and ease of changing gears. Perfect for a bike path with the thick tires. Would definitely recommend for a woman of my height 5'1". Love that it is black, but don't love the bright green lettering. Makes me think of a younger boys bike but that's just the colors, overall the bike is great.

    Bike recommended - Let's Ebike Review

    Bike was delivered yesterday and was together in around 15 minutes. Included instructions are a little lacking, but the companies website provides as much information as anyone needs. Bike is very well built, easy to use, and more than powerful enough for the terrain I need it for. Even without using the motor the bike is easy and comfortable to ride. Yes I recommend this product

    I did a lot of research on this bike and the parts used on the bike before buying. I compared it to other companies and thought this would be a great starter bike for the price. Shipping was fast and bike was easy to assemble. Customer service has not been the fastest on one of the issues I have had so far with the bike even though it was a small problem the response could be faster.

    Easy perfect stars

    I had a couple questions about the bike before I purchased it and the customer service was flawless one of the reasons why I gave my money. The only problem for me was the delay of delivery which had nothing to do with the customer service it was the manufacturer who didnt have it in stock at the moment but again worth the wait. Last thing I want to add is the bike is pretty fast so if you live in the city like I do u might want to slow down on intersections people are in a hurry and the bike is too expensive to have someone just ruin it. Over all 10 stars.

    Worth every penny

    First of all this was a lot of money obviously but the bike is amazing and it's worth every penny. Takes off smoothly so u not gripping the handles for fear life lol and the battery last for ever. I only bought this because I live in florida and my job is a couple blocks away from my home. Needless to say am saving gas on my truck and with all the little gadgets I added to the bike makes me feel like am riding a real motor bike.
